Finally the housing industry seems to be moving in a positive direction.  We are now looking to sell this home in the Spring of 2013 at the same price we started with.

Built for us in late 2008 (2009 Model) for $68,000, we now are looking at finding a lake property in our home state of Wisconsin. The base home was $59,900, and we added an Arizona room (solar screen porch), a double concrete driveway and carport, plus upgraded many things inside the house for over $8,000.
