Built for us in late 2008 (2009 Model) for $68,000, we now are looking at finding a lake property in our home state of Wisconsin. The base home was $59,900, and we added an Arizona room (solar screen porch), a double concrete driveway and carport, plus upgraded many things inside the house for over $8,000. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is 730 sq. ft. plus another 220 sq. ft. in the Arizona room. 950 sq. ft. total. (Park Models are limited to 400 sq. ft.)
