Finally the housing industry seems to be moving in a positive direction. We are now looking to sell this home in the Spring of 2013 at the same price we started with.
With $68,000 invested in this home, the $59,900 price is very reasonable. Of course, we will entertain any legitimate offer. Mesa is only 20 minutes from Phoenix and the Sky Harbor Airport, so it is convenient to everything you need.
